The houses we're looking at

Every person gets their own full bathroom, so the number of bathrooms sets how many of us split the rent. Every house allows pets. We pick the final one together in December.

Prices are from the live listings on October 10, 2026, and can change. "You pay, all in" is the rent for a standard bedroom (the master is bigger and pays more, which brings everyone else's price down) plus your share of utilities: about $125 a month when 3 of us split them, $175 when 4 or 5 do. Extra bedrooms become an office or gym.
